Privacy - The condominiums are settled back from the road, making it close to the main streets, but far enough away for safety, privacy and quiet.
Pool -
The pool is open in the Summer for residents and their guests. With a shallow end for kids and a deeper end for adults, it is sure to be a favorite spot during the hot Utah summers. There are restrooms in the neighboring clubhouse with changing areas and a shower for swimmers to utilize. The pool has plenty of chairs for lounging or improving your tan while the kids play in the pool.
Clubhouse - There is a clubhouse on the property for residents to use. The Clubhouse has a kitchen with cabinet space, a sink, fridge and dishwasher. The Clubhouse also has an entertainment room with full, plush couches and an entertainment center. The main room has a full sized table and chairs, side table and buffets. Gym - The gym is inside the clubhouse and includes many pieces of equipment for use by condo residents. Treadmill, stair climber, elliptical machine, weight benches and free weights are just some of the equipment available for use. A full mirrored wall helps you track your form as you work out.
Tennis Courts - The condos have a full sized tennis court which is fenced on all sides. The tennis court is for the use of condo residents and their guests. There is also a non-fenced full-size basketball court.
Shopping - A shopping center including a grocery store, bank, salon, furniture store, and other shopping is right across the street from the condo entrance.

Schools - The condo is located within close proximity to the local Elementary School, High School and Junior High School. The local library is also within one mile of the condo, with regular story times, activities and community groups of all kinds.
Parks - You are within blocks of Fisher Park which boasts a playground with updated equipment, baseball diamonds and soccer fields. Fisher Park hosts the city's annual 4th of July Fireworks and you can enjoy them each year from home without worrying about parking the car or getting stuck in traffic after the show.
